The Koan of Ramadhan

a. To view Him as the One in His allotments (ar-Razzaq)
    means that His gifts to creation are given out
    according to proper division, known good to all
    and at the right times (waqt).

b. To view Him as One in in His Bounties
    means that He is the Unique Giver (al-Mu'ti)
    no one is deserving of gratitude (syukr) and
    acknowledgment (minnat) except Him.
    No one has true power (hawla) and might (quwwat)
    except Him. And no one possesses the will to withold
    or to dispense bounty except Him.
